Something not working, or a question the app does not answer? Email frameone@zynoxprince.com and you will get a reply. Including your device model and what you were doing when it went wrong makes it much faster to fix.
What this page does
- Credits: what they cost, that they never expire, and automatic refunds when a run fails.
- Purchases: topping up, credits that have not arrived, cancelling a subscription, and refunds through Apple.
- Accounts: using the app without one, closing the app mid-run, and deleting everything.
- Your work: yours to use commercially, and never used to train any model.
