Hana — Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Hana collects when you talk to it on Discord, why it needs the Message Content intent, where that data goes, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
What this page does
- Message content is read in two situations only: when you interact with Hana directly, and in channels an administrator has explicitly enabled.
- Channels are opt-in — in a freshly invited server Hana reads nothing at all.
- Message content is deleted 30 days after it is sent; other personal data after 30 days of inactivity.
- Your data is never used to train, fine-tune or develop any AI model, and providers are contractually barred from doing so.
- No profiling, no data brokers, no advertising networks, and no sale of personal information.
- Access, correction, deletion and portability requests are answered within 30 days.
